I reserve the right to deny myself of working on any commission that could make me uncomfortable or that doesn't line up with my terms.

Clients must submit a detailed request including specifications, preferred style, size, color palette, and any reference materials and any other relevant details.

Artists retain the rights to their work, including the right to display commissioned pieces in portfolios or for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client. My work will not be used by the client as one to re-sell or use as promotion, neither in platforms such as NFT´s or others of this kind. Its supposed to be used as personal by the client.

Clients must provide clear and timely feedback during the creation process to ensure the artwork aligns with expectations. The client is allowed to ask for changes on the commission as long is not after the sketching/defining stage of the project. I am up to make changes after this if they´re small details.

The refund for any commission will work under the following aspects: FULL REFUND if the project is on the sketching stage. HALF REFUND if the project is at the base color stage. NO REFUND if the project is already complete or renderized.

I wont allow any disrespectful or mean behavior or ways of communication towards me, if you don't respect my limits you will get into a BLACK LIST

The time it could take me to complete a commission depending on the complexity of it may be from 1 to 2 weeks or 3 as a maximum.
